Snapshots rebuild every 15–30 min via the SQL Agent job (xspPICC_Refresh). App caches for 10 min; "Refresh caches" busts the in-process cache and re-reads the snapshots.

Known WFX data gaps
Where WFX holds no data for current orders, the platform shows "not tracked" rather than fabricating values.
- TNA (Time & Action) — WFX module abandoned ~Sep 2025; now supplemented live via BPCS.
- Sample / Test-report / Packaging approvals — WFX unmaintained; live via BPCS Azure SQL.
- Garment QC defects / AQL — WFX QC module unpopulated (0 rows); inspection dates via BPCS.
- Shipment logistics (vessel / port / ETD) — keyed on production-order, not OC.
Access & connection
All WFX access is read-only (NOLOCK). Data reaches the app via the Azure Logic App proxy (no VPN in cloud). Roles / user management are handled by the deployment's auth layer and are out of scope for this data view.
